Reporters from UBA volunteer to transcribe at the Veteran History Project.

On Veteran’s Day, court reporters from around the country volunteer their time to take down accounts from veterans to preserve a written record of their experiences.

This year, several reporters from Urlaub Bowen & Associates, including co-owner Donna Urlaub, volunteered at the event, which pairs court reporters with veterans to create transcribed firsthand accounts of their stories for the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. The Journal of Court Reporting covered Urlaub Bowen & Associates’ efforts in this project in this month’s installment of the JCR magazine.
