Kathleen Hillgard, CSR
Kathy Hillgard joined UBA in 1995 in a part-time position in production while attending Chicago College of Commerce. In 1996 she passed the state exam and received her Illinois CSR license and began working as a full-time court reporter. Ms. Hillgard is a member of the Illinois Court Reporters Association.
